The smooth functioning of the services offered at TransfersRhodesAirport relies on the proper organization of chauffeurs and their vehicles, so that they will be at their scheduled appointments on time and without delay. For this to be possible, we ask that our clients be precise when filling in their booking details, i.e. clear and exact arrival information, and to inform us immediately of any changes to arrival time or other specifics, so that we can update our drivers’ schedules in a timely fashion.

Failure to do so will result in our company having to apply the terms and conditions that have been set out for our unimpeded functioning, and which are available in detail on our company website.

If you cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a full refund minus any charges Card/Bank may make for the refunding of the sum and a 5% administration fee with a minimum of €5.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a 50% refund minus any card handler/bank charges for the refunding of the sum and a 5% administration fee with a minimum of €5
